It's that time of year again where we spend a day in Axtell with some of the Peterson clan. The kids had a blast outside trying out new things and the adults had a great time chatting with relatives we don't talk to often.
To start the day off we hit the shooting range.
Then there was some time on the horse tire swing.
I love how well they get along
After swinging there was some horseshoe playing. Dad and Grandpa did most of the playing, but we had some great helpers picking up the horseshoes :)
We had to check out the old wagon as well. I tried to get some better pictures of all of us, but they didn't work out.
And finally, some pictures with the latest edition to the Dead Head Shed, a giant bear!
This was the cutest part of the entire day; Alden and Gracie got really close with Uncle Boyd. They tickled each other and told funny jokes to each other, it was so fun to see them connect with an uncle they don't see much. Until next year Axtell.
