In September we spent quite a bit of time in Nevada. First, we went to Elko for Jonathan's 4th birthday. He had a fun minion themed party that unfortunately I did not take any pictures of. There is only one before the party started, but it was a great party. There was tag, bubbles, pin the eye on the minion, and a pinata. It was a blast.
Before the party we took a walk through the car show that was taking place. Alden and Jonathan loved this car because it looks like Lizzie from the movie Cars
Later in the month I had a work conference in St. George. I went down with some people from work and Cass an the kids came down a couple days later and we headed to Las Vegas for the weekend to hang out with BJ's family. We took the kids to an indoor playground, which they loved. Then we spent a lot of time at the park near BJ's house because it was so warm and the kids loved the swings.
It was a fun little get away and we are grateful for family that lets us come stay with them whenever we get the crazy idea to come just for a short visit.
